Hatched and Patched A Day in Happyland

Introducing "A Day in HappyLand" the newest release from Hatched and Patched! This delightful quilt is filled with charm, whimsy, and plenty of personality.

A little quirky and a whole lot whimsical, this relaxing project combines simple woven wool appliqué with stitchery to create a quilt full of sweet and playful designs. The many individual images can also be used again and again for other projects including bags, cushions, pincushions, needle cases, and more.

Using linen, Japanese taupes, and hand-dyed woven wools, A Day in HappyLand has a finished size of 55" x 56".

The techniques are simple and enjoyable, using fusible web appliqué with whip-stitch for the woven wool appliqué, and mainly backstitch for the stitchery details.

A wonderfully relaxing project that is as enjoyable to create as it is to admire.
